The Links Bar And Restaurant

After reading reviews & a recommendation from a friend we decided to take a look & try. Not disappointed at all, friendly & very welcoming. The hunter's chicken was amazing & whoever checks my reviews will no I love hunter's. My husband tried the chilli & wanted it hotting up & will no hesitation they did. Beautiful place Beautiful food will definitely be going again next time we're in skeggness. Home cooked chips can't go wrong, they go that extra mile.

We visited the restaurant and bar last night. 4 adults and a dog. We sat in the bar area. Lovely atmosphere. Every member of staff was incredible friendly and helpful, anticipating our needs. We enjoyed steak, fish, balti and halloumi burger. All of the food was delicious! All of us were, unfortunately, too full for pudding. Great value, good size servings and delicious food. We saw other diners too and everyone seemed to have delicious looking food and be very happy as well. Sizeable car park, only negative was a bit of a pothole situation when entering the car park.

We didn't stay here but they have been absolutely amazing this weekend. We were visiting the area for the weekend and we'd booked in for Sunday lunch elsewhere. We decided for go to a drink at the other place on Saturday to check it out and we are glad we did. It was a dump and it smelt weird. We had a quick Google and found The Links and called them to ask if they could fit us in. We were a large group of 11 so we understood we were peeing in the wind a bit but they said they would check and call us back. Shortly later they called back and offered to seat us in the bar instead of the main restaurant which was perfect. We arrived today to find they had an issue with their carvery server unit and they had a very full restaurant including a large birthday group. Pur table was ready even though we were early and we were served quickly with drinks. When the final few of our party arrived we told them and again they were quick to come and take our lunch orders. As the carvery was off they were still doing roast but they were serving vegetables in dishes to the table to share instead. The food was the best roast I've had in a long time (including my own!). The meat were perfectly cooked and the vegetables were fresh and piping hot. We had more vegetables between us than we could finish. It was fantastic food and fantastic value for money. We were very, very happy with the food and service and any time we are back k in Skegness we will definitely come back for food. Thank you so much to all the staff today, you've done yourselves proud under tough circumstances. To be clear though, it wasnt it that it was good considering the circumstances, it was good irrespective of the circumstances, in fact as non locals it was so seamless we'd have never have known anything was wrong if we hadn't have been told. I would have easily thought that's just how they do it here.

Glad we found this brilliant bar/restaurant, loved it that much we booked for the next evening, fabulous food, good price too. Couldn't fault it.

We visited The Links while we were on holiday last week. We enjoyed it so much we went back regularly. The food is delicious and generous portions. We are a large family and had a baby and a wheelchair user. And there was plenty of space to sit. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The best part was the staff. Each and everyone was welcoming and freindly. Also very efficient. I would highly recommend this pub. Thankyou!

We arrived on spec and they managed to fit us in (party of 5) - the food was delicious and reasonably priced - my 12 year old son said it was the best steak he’d ever had (he’s eaten quite a few) - my mother praised the specials board - lamb chops, mash and veg and requested mint sauce gravy (instead of the red wine Jus). My mother never praises any food - so this is quite some accolade and well done “the links” - best food in Skegness in my humble opinion. A+++++ (excuse the half eaten steak lol)

Had a lovely time at this wonderful and friendly pub. My son and my niece loved their dinner from here and the food looked and smelt beautiful. Good range of drinks, lovely outdoor space and a great pool table!
